Who We Are

The KISD Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching educational opportunities within Killeen ISD. Our mission is to elevate student and staff success by cultivating private support for innovative programs, awarding scholarships, and funding creative initiatives through grants and community involvement.

Guided by a Board of Directors composed of local business, community, and educational leaders, the Foundation meets monthly—on the third Thursday from August through May—to collaborate on advancing educational excellence across the district.

The Killeen ISD Education Foundation, our mission is to provides inspiration, opportunity, and resources for profound teaching and learning experiences to change and enrich the lives of educators and learners in KISD.
